Cook County Higher Education Celebrates its 30th Anniversary and is Collecting Your Stories

Cook County Higher Education (CCHE) proudly celebrates its 30th anniversary this year, marking three decades of empowering individuals to achieve their educational, career, and personal goals while strengthening organizations, businesses, and our community.

Since opening its doors in 1996, CCHE has expanded Cook County’s access to education and training, helping people of all ages pursue degrees, build skills, explore new interests, and prepare for new opportunities. Through postsecondary education, tutoring, scholarships, access to technology, workforce development, lifelong learning, and student support services, residents can achieve their goals without leaving Cook County.
