These are challenging times, practicing self-care is more important now than ever. Embark on a journey with Brigette Nies of Ancient Traditions Healing to explore a collection of simple self-care practices and daily well-being rituals that can be done at home. Practices that can help you feel more connected, centered and enrich your life. We will discuss practices you can integrate into different areas of your life and share a few recipes for some of my favorite self-care goodies.
Class will be held over two sessions on April 28th & 29th from 5:30 PM – 7 PM.

Brigette lives on the beautiful Northshore in Grand Marais, MN & is the owner of Ancient Traditions Healing. Brigette’s journey into the healing arts began in 1997 when she enrolled in the massage therapy program at the Institute of Natural Healing Sciences. Since graduating Brigette has expanded her understanding of healing through studies of advance massage therapy and alternative healing techniques including: Myofascial Therapy, Deep Tissue Massage, Structural Integration, Reiki, Herbalism, Ayurveda, Kundalini Yoga, Shamanism, and Breathwork. I love to teach & share the wisdom of the practices I have explored over the last 20+ years of working with these powerful healing modalities.
