Science Based Wellness Planning Series via Zoom

An event every week that begins at 10:30 am on Tuesday, repeating until June 2, 2020
This 6 week course will walk you through 6 dimensions of wellness to create your individual wellness plan, using science combined with long term planning. We will support each other along the way, and help each other create realistic goals and plans. Tuesdays April 28- June 2nd (via Zoom)
Week 1 – Physical
Week 2 – Social
Week 3 – Mental
Week 4 – Emotional
Week 5 – Occupational
Week 6 – Spiritual
Each week participants will be emailed links and articles related to the weekly dimension topic prior to the zoom meeting. The articles will be the basis for our discussion. Note, not every dimension of wellness will be the one each individual will want or need to work on, but we will use each participant’s strengths to help each other along their journey.

Jodi Tervo Roberts
Jodi Tervo Roberts has worked in the broad fields of health, fitness, education and medical settings for the past 20 years. She has taught at Lake Superior College for the past 5 years, and before that she taught at Northern Michigan University for 2 years. While living in Duluth, Jodi had the opportunity to start a small wellness business that focused on long term health. She became passionate about leading healthy lifestyles including researching the latest positive psychology strategies to positively process stress, and how to look at stress as an act of courage rather than defeating.
