Especially during uncertain times, adults of all ages naturally consider whether they have the necessary legal documents in place to protect their financial and health care related decisions in the event they become ill. We all want to ensure that our specific and individual wishes regarding distribution of our possessions and financial assets, and any guardianship needs for minor children, would be carried out in the event of our death.
Ruthanne Hedstrom Vos, Estate Planning Attorney with Mathison & Vos, PLLC, will outline these essential legal documents and the information needed to complete them, Ruthanne will also discuss legal requirements regarding signing/witnessing/notarization requirements and related COVID-19 social distancing and “Stay at Home” considerations.

This webinar is free, but registration is required. Once registered you will be emailed the Zoom webinar link. If you would like to support our organization donations are accepted and can be made at the time of registration. Please give what you can afford.
