Asking someone to do something, something they don’t want to do—like wear a mask, can be really hard. Toss in a pandemic, a precarious economy, and a person you don’t know, and the task becomes infinitely harder. In this presentation, we discuss the challenge from both the leader and employee perspective and provide real tactics to get the results you— and the law—requires.

We will cover:

  • Techniques to diffuse and de-escalate
  • Tools to empower your employees
  • Ways to get results required to keep your business open

Who Should Attend:

  • Business owners, managers, supervisors
  • Employees interacting with customers
  • Anyone who wants skills in negotiations
