Event Overview:

Meditation is a mindfulness practice that can help you to reduce stress, gain clarity, cultivate inner peace and enhance your overall wellbeing. Together we will expand our knowledge around this simple ancient practice and its benefits. Each class we will explore meditation basics including basic breath work, mantras and mudras and then dive into an experiential meditation practice. We will than have the opportunity to share about our experiences and discuss any challenges and potential solutions to finding ease and confidence with your personal practice.

This is a 4 week series starting on January 6th 2021, classes run from 6:00-7:30pm CST each Wednesday in January on the following dates:

  • January 6
  • January 13
  • January 20
  • January 27

Brigette Nies, Ancient Traditions Healing

Brigette Nies lives on the beautiful Northshore in Grand Marais, MN & is the owner of Ancient Traditions Healing. Brigette’s journey into the healing arts began in 1997 when she enrolled in the massage therapy program at the Institute of Natural Healing Sciences. Since graduating Brigette has expanded her understanding of healing through studies of advance massage therapy and alternative healing techniques including: Myofascial Therapy, Deep Tissue Massage, Structural Integration, Reiki, Herbalism, Ayurveda, Kundalini Yoga, Shamanism, and Breathwork. She loves to teach & share the wisdom of the practices she has explored over the last 20+ years of working with these powerful healing modalities.

Registration Details:

  • Registration for this class closes on January 6th at 5:30pm CST, late registrations can be made by calling 952-237-3517.
  • Participants will receive an email with the Zoom link and other event details 12-48 hours prior to the start of the event, late registrations will receive this information just prior to the start of the class.
