Meditation is a mindfulness practice that can help you to reduce stress, gain clarity, cultivate inner peace and enhance your overall wellbeing. Together we will expand our knowledge around this simple ancient practice and its benefits. Each class we will explore meditation basics including basic breath work, mantras and mudras and then dive into an experiential meditation practice. We will than have the opportunity to share about our experiences and discuss any challenges and potential solutions to finding ease and confidence with your personal practice.
This is a 4 week series starting on January 6th 2021, classes run from 6:00-7:30pm CST each Wednesday in January on the following dates:
