Event Overview:

The practice of infusing our daily lives with gratitude can imbue our lives with a deeper sense of physical & mental wellness and elevate our connection to the sacred. Together we will spend the evening exploring the concept of gratitude and some simple effective practices that help us to cultivate and embrace an attitude of gratitude.


Brigette Nies

Brigette lives on the beautiful Northshore in Grand Marais, MN & is the owner of Ancient Traditions Healing. Brigette’s journey into the healing arts began in 1997 when she enrolled in the massage therapy program at the Institute of Natural Healing Sciences. Since graduating Brigette has expanded her understanding of healing through studies of advanced massage therapy and alternative healing techniques including Myofascial Therapy, Deep Tissue Massage, Structural Integration, Reiki, Herbalism, Ayurveda, Kundalini Yoga, Shamanism, and Breathwork. She loves to teach & share the wisdom of the practices she has explored over the last 20+ years of working with these powerful healing modalities.
