Wellness Instructor

Jodi Tervo Roberts has worked in the broad fields of health, fitness, education and medical settings for the past 20 years. She has taught at Lake Superior College for the past 5 years, and before that she taught at Northern Michigan University for 2 years. While living in Duluth, Jodi had the opportunity to start a small wellness business that focused on long-term health, and became passionate about leading healthy lifestyles including researching the latest positive psychology strategies to positively process stress, and how to look at stress as an act of courage rather than defeating.
